These terms govern your use of the HRT Daily website and app, and your purchase of lifetime access. By using HRT Daily or buying access, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

"HRT Daily", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the HRT Daily website (hrtdaily.com) and the HRT Daily app. You can reach us at hello@hrtdaily.com.

2. What HRT Daily is

HRT Daily is a personal tool for tracking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — recording your treatments, planning doses on a calendar, and keeping a private journal of how you feel. It runs in your web browser and stores your data on your own device. You can try it free in your browser; a one-time purchase unlocks lifetime access.

3. Not medical advice

Important. HRT Daily is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app or on this site should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow your prescriber's instructions and seek medical advice for any health concern. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make.

4. Your licence to use HRT Daily

When you buy lifetime access, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HRT Daily for your own personal use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy or publish the app or its underlying files, and not to attempt to misuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service except to the extent the law allows.

5. Price, payment and "lifetime" access

The current price for lifetime access is shown on the site (a one-time payment of $19 unless stated otherwise) and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order and issues your receipt.

"Lifetime access" means access to the HRT Daily app for as long as we reasonably continue to operate it, with no recurring subscription fee. It is not a guarantee that the service will be available forever; see availability below.

6. Your data and backups

Your in-app data is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, restore it, or recover it for you. Clearing your browser's site data will erase it. You are responsible for keeping your device and data safe; installing the app and keeping your browser data for this site helps protect your entries.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep HRT Daily available and working, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue features, and we do not promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRT Daily is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcome, missed or incorrect dose, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) HRT Daily. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use HRT Daily after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights. Questions? Email hello@hrtdaily.com.
