How to request a refund

Email hello@hrtdaily.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order reference (on your receipt). We'll confirm and process your refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through our payment provider (the Merchant of Record for your order) back to your original payment method. Once approved, it typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to — and does not affect — any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you (for example, UK or EU consumer protection law). HRT Daily is a digital product delivered as online access.
